Introducing InventoryAI: Revolutionizing Retail Inventory Management
We’re excited to introduce you to InventoryAI, a game-changing solution that streamlines and automates inventory management for retailers. With InventoryAI, you have a tool that will automatically update inventory records and products in your catalog with information directly from Brands, like THC and CBD content, detailed lab results, ingredient lists, and high-quality product photos. When you scan in your Lucid Green CaseIDs, InventoryAI can fill in all of this information for you without requiring any additional manual data entry.
Capability Overview
InventoryAI works as your virtual data-entry budtender. Instead of manually inputting detail about products and inventory, you can just fill in required field, and InventoryAI can do the rest. What’s more, you can customize your setup to work the way you do, choosing to fill in specific fields and adjusting how each field is managed automatically.
Key Capabilities
Here’s a snapshot of what InventoryAI can do for you:
Customize for your Dispensary: Using the InventoryAI configuration page for a dispensary, you can turn InventoryAI on and off for each supported field, and configure how and when you want each field to be managed.
Supported Data Fields: InventoryAI supports fields on your Inventory record, Catalog Product records, and Lab Results.
Catalog Products: Name, THC, CBD, Serving Size, Ingredients, Allergens, Online Name, Online Description, and Images.
Inventory Packages: Source Batch, Expiration Date, Packaging Date, and Lab Results.
Control when you want updates to happen: InventoryAI can work every time you scan a CaseID into an inventory record, or only the first time. You can configure fields to be always managed, or only when they aren’t filled out by your team.
Supported POSs: Currently, we support Dutchie. We're working on adding Treez, Cova, and Flowhub next.
Configuring Settings
You can configure InventoryAI independently for each Dispensary in your account. Navigate to the Dispensaries menu, select the Dispensary to configure, and click on the “Configure InventoryAI” tab on the Dispensary Details page.
InventoryAI Permissions
LucidRetail provides granular permissions for configuring InventoryAI. If you're set as a Company Admin, you can access Dispensary details and configure InventoryAI for all Dispensaries within the company. For regular users, a Company Admin can grant Configure InventoryAI permissions through the User Details page under the Team Members menu.
With these permissions, a regular user can view Dispensary details and configure InventoryAI for authorized Dispensaries.
